Production company/agency:

Short summary:
A vox pop film that helped Smokefree Birmingham survey the opinions of taxis drivers across the city ahead of the 2007 smokefree workplace legislation.
Ahead of the introduction of smokefree legislation in summer 2007, Smokefree Birmingham wanted to engage with two groups that would play a key role in ensuring the legislation was adopted smoothly: transport workers and restaurant owners.
Smokefree Birmingham commissioned a series of interviews with taxi drivers and restaurant owners who had already gone smokefree, getting their honest opinions on how the transition had been for them.
Both groups were susprisingly positive about the changes, helping Smokefree Birmingham to convince others in the transport and food industry to follow suit.
The film was shown on public screens around the city and on specially-installed units inside taxis and restaurants.
