We branded and built this bespoke online community as a peer-to-peer support tool for email marketing practitioners. The site allows users to learn and share knowledge with other email marketers, download useful resources and engage in discussions about hot topics.

Commissioned by email marketing agency, Email Ladder, the site is a useful addition to the company's customer service tools, allowing them to offer valuable advice and guidance to their clients and build a following amongst the wider email marketing community.

The site is an important source of traffic to the main Email Ladder website and provides the company with  new opportunities to collaborate with email marketing practitioners.
